I have a background in the field of rehabilitation, so I know what I expect from a medical professional. I asked Dr. Mascaro several questions. He took the time to review my treatment and suggested a modest change in the treatment protocol and included me in every decision. I am very pleased with the results. The staff has been great, also.

My experience with them is a nightmare. Instead of doing their jobs they push everything back on the patient. Their office staff never called in my prescriptions on the day of my visit thereby delaying the pain medication. The next day i had to call the office to remind them, otherwise they probably wouldn't have done it. Twice my insurance company has denied my MRI exam. When trying to get them to do a peer-to-peer review to try and straighten it out, as Dr Muscaro had explained initially, i just keep getting excuses.

This group of professionals are great people. Straight forward, honest and upfront with your situation. I appreciate that in the attending staff. This is my body. The condition that it's in at my age of 79 is of the highest concern and I need to know what to expect from shoulder surgery. Dr Stone is precise in his injections and relatively painless. Although I would prefer to use the WC office my insurance says otherwise and it's worth the trip to Brandon and having this team take care of me.

I've dealt with other doctors for my chronic pain. Some were pain management and another was a practicing physician. None have ever impressed me like Dr. Mascaro and Dawn Tucker, PA.
I'm thrilled with the results and would recommend this group to anyone with chronic discomfort.
Mine is a result of an L4, L5, S1 fusion in 2000. I've tried everything I can and after several visits with Dr. Gabriel Mascaro, my back allows me to be active! LOVE this practice!

Dr Mascaro was a pleasure to talk to and as someone who has received many Epidural shots this was by far my best experience with a pain doctor

Dr. Stone is a thorough doctor and concerned with my actual issue. We are going to start with some steroid injections and if that doesn’t work, he will refer me for surgery. He is a very personable and likable person.

Dawn is usually excellent and up to date with your care. I was blown away at my last visit by a statement she made. I have been with this practice for years. I was initially being treated for chronic pancreatitis, when Dr. Bhalani was still employed by the practice. Dr. Mascaro took over and things have just not been the same. During my course of treatment at the practice, I had a very bad fall, that caused damage to both my knees. So, I was being treated for my knee pain, in addition to my abdominal pain. I was casually informed by Dawn, during my last visit, that they no longer treat chronic abdominal pain for Chronic pancreatitis. No letter in the mail, no prior warning that they would be stopping treatment for my main issue. Just Wow. Thanks for caring Florida Pain Management. You could at least informed me properly and possibly recommend another facility. Don’t waste your time at this office. Find a clinic that is really concerned and care about your wellbeing.

Dana told me one thing but documented another. Went in for a preop visit for a ortho. problem. Dana recommended I change my RX to a lower dose until after the surgery. After the surgery she stated she would increase the dosage. Lies. She called in the smallest dose with an even smaller amount to dispense. They can never keep good practitioners. Steer clear.

So I haven't actually seen a Dr yet but I've had to reschedule at least three times and I'm a new patient because I've been on and out of the hospital from 5 gunshots I sustained on March 11 2024 so I do have an appointment for December 11th at 245 and I just pray that nothing else goes wrong before then cuz I desperately need some relief and there helps and insight so I just wanted to be basically say that the receptionist and the intake personnel have been fantastic and very understanding to my situation they are excellent I'm sure that the DR STONE is going to be the same thank you

This was my third appointment with Dr. Murphy. I had back surgery at the end of August and have been to many doctors both pre-surgery and post-surgery. He has taken his time to answer every question that both myself and my wife could think of. He has been patient and thorough with all paperwork that my job has requested. He has worked with my insurance company to make sure that I was able to get an MRI. Of all the doctors that I have seen, he has been the most thorough and down to earth. He talks to you, not at you or over your head. Also, his staff and the office staff are excellent. The appointments are on time with very little wait. As a patient your treated as valued. They make going to the doctor's office a pleasant experience.

Dr. Murphy isn't just a great doctor but a genuine person who actually cares for his patients and it's obvious when you're sitting in the waiting room and all of his patients rave about him. If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about you as a person I highly recommend him. Bonus is the staff is always pleasant and courtesist.

From the first visit with Dawn to today with injections with Dr Mascaro, everyone in the office has been great! Dr Mascaro took time out to explain every step before, during and after injections! Would highly recommend this office for pain management!

I explained to the doctor I couldn't afford the injections and was assured they'd be covered by my insurance and that his schedulers would confirm this before scheduling me, they did NOT. The day before the procedure was advised I'd have to pay $750 oop. Because I couldn't afford this I was treated horribly by his nurse practitioner who never even reviewed my X-rays and immediately treated me like a criminal or drug seeker. Did not offer any other treatment plan and basically told me they would not be continuing my pain medication as prescribed by my rheumatologist who has been treating me for this condition for the past several years. Did not review my history or the lengthy list of treatments I've tried over the years. I paid the full amount of an office visit to be seen and mistreated for less than 5 minutes.
