Very efficient very concerned about my issues

This group of professionals are great people. Straight forward, honest and upfront with your situation. I appreciate that in the attending staff. This is my body. The condition that it's in at my age of 79 is of the highest concern and I need to know what to expect from shoulder surgery. Dr Stone is precise in his injections and relatively painless. Although I would prefer to use the WC office my insurance says otherwise and it's worth the trip to Brandon and having this team take care of me.

I've dealt with other doctors for my chronic pain. Some were pain management and another was a practicing physician. None have ever impressed me like Dr. Mascaro and Dawn Tucker, PA. I'm thrilled with the results and would recommend this group to anyone with chronic discomfort. Mine is a result of an L4, L5, S1 fusion in 2000. I've tried everything I can and after several visits with Dr. Gabriel Mascaro, my back allows me to be active! LOVE this practice!

So I haven't actually seen a Dr yet but I've had to reschedule at least three times and I'm a new patient because I've been on and out of the hospital from 5 gunshots I sustained on March 11 2024 so I do have an appointment for December 11th at 245 and I just pray that nothing else goes wrong before then cuz I desperately need some relief and there helps and insight so I just wanted to be basically say that the receptionist and the intake personnel have been fantastic and very understanding to my situation they are excellent I'm sure that the DR STONE is going to be the same thank you

This was my third appointment with Dr. Murphy. I had back surgery at the end of August and have been to many doctors both pre-surgery and post-surgery. He has taken his time to answer every question that both myself and my wife could think of. He has been patient and thorough with all paperwork that my job has requested. He has worked with my insurance company to make sure that I was able to get an MRI. Of all the doctors that I have seen, he has been the most thorough and down to earth. He talks to you, not at you or over your head. Also, his staff and the office staff are excellent. The appointments are on time with very little wait. As a patient your treated as valued. They make going to the doctor's office a pleasant experience.

Dr. Murphy isn't just a great doctor but a genuine person who actually cares for his patients and it's obvious when you're sitting in the waiting room and all of his patients rave about him. If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about you as a person I highly recommend him. Bonus is the staff is always pleasant and courtesist.

Dr Mascaro has been helping me for more than two years. Excellent Dr. Relief takes time and not always instant. Patience is a virtue and we must have it within pain mgmt. I'm in my 3rd go for relief that I hope will last this time. I had to forgo my scheduled surgery due to an eye stroke but should be fine to proceed in a week or two. Dr. Mascaro has a great staff as well and they're always willing to help.

The whole staff are kind, professional and compassionate. The office is clean, comfortable and peaceful. The staff and doctor are always very conscientious of my time (and that of my driver.) Doctor Mascara is the best!! After a year of other procedures I finally found a treatment that has helped me! I highly recommend him if you have any pain!! His staff is friendly and efficient also!!

The wait time in the office was long but once I was seen I was very pleased with my time with Dr Peterson. Explained in great detail the procedure that was done to me He even got a model of a spine to show exactly what and where everything was done. Treated the site then told me what to expect during my recovery from the MILD procedure. Left the office happy that all my questions were answered. I am very comfortable with him. Dr. Cardova is wonderful and kind. I had relief on Saturday for a little while and then the pain returned. Having trouble lifting my right leg and with standing in place or walking. I have been using ice, as normal for me, through out the day!

He is the best pain doctor ever. He explains everything he is doing, which i love. Nurses are fantastic and his PA. Sherry is so caring. Love everything about my experience.

This was my first experience with a steroid shot, and I was a bit apprehensive. Dr. Mascaro was fantastic with his bedside manner, explaining every step of the procedure in a calm, reassuring voice. The injection was almost painless, and was accomplished in less than three minutes. It's too early to tell if the injection is going to be helpful in treating my pain, but I think it will, and I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Mascaro for future treatments. She is great. I was really bad. I showed up for my appointment and they said had an emergency. I told them I'm not leaving. We drove an hour to see her. They put us in a room and she showed up sick. That is a awesome Doctor

My appointment was for 8:20AM. Danielle took me in early. She had quite a few questions but she handled it very well. The nurse took me to the treatment room and though I am uncomfortable on my stomach she was able to get me through it quite well. Doctor Gabriel was there immediately afterward. I like doctors but front desk staff needs help my last appointment told me I owe 80 dollars but could not tell me why .So had to pay so could be seen with no clue why cost extra 80 have been going for years never owed .Money I would like explanation on why I owe money but t front desk would not tell me why just I must pay .I have never paid a bill I don't know what for but was forced to

My procedure was much easier than I thought it would be. Dr Mascaro explained what he was going to do and every step of the procedure he told me what he was doing.Thank God for the first time since last September I wake up in the morning pain free and I hope that it last.

Again I went to Dr. MESCARO for help. I was in pain from my lower back d own both of my legs. Everyone there was awesome and Dr. Mascaro was amazing. Unfortunately, there was some confusion on my end about the appointment time so I was late but they worked with me and got me in anyway . Dr. Mascaro spent lots of time talking with me and going over everything and I look forward to working with him to resolve my issues.

Dr Cordova took her time to read all my history and did a physical exam. She explained what she believed was the issue in detail. I walked away feeling so good that we may have finally got to the bottom of what is causing my pain. We are working together to create a plan of action moving forward. I’ve been a patient at this office for about 5 or so years now. I was seeing Dr Bhalani and Dawn Tucker, one of his PA’s. Dr Bhalani retired in December of 2022 and I started seeing Dr Moscaro. He has a great bedside manner, answered all my questions and has given me 2 injections for my sciatic nerve problems. I’ve had a great experience every time I have been in the office. The staff, both front and back are very pleasant and professional. I’d recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Dr.Cordova explained the procedure at beginning and then followed up on each section throughout procedure. I had less pain than I thought I would including less soreness afterwards. She makes you feel relaxed throughout and I would highly recommend her to everyone.

He was nice an did order tests but my insurance changed Drs an didn’t have an order from my dr to go there but I was a little disappointed that he kept talking about injections an I just wanted referrals to see specialist for my pain issues to take care of the problems plus my former doctor said not to get anymore of this injections because it makes your bones brittle an I already have osteopenia.

When I first started his practice, another doctor was in charge, just as I was firm that I was leaving because I couldn’t handle the way I was being spoken to, by the doctor, a wonderful understudy that works for him name Dawn stopped me and talk to me. So I rescheduled for the next month and came in and met with Dr. Gabriel Mascaro, I do have PTSD, yet after sitting down and speaking with him, and letting him know my true fear of while I wanted to leave the office, he assured me not all doctors are that way give him a chance, so I did, I choose never to go to another doctor. I’ve been to several pain doctors in the past, but this one, well he is amazing. He knows how to speak to you. He knows how to make you feel comfortable and he listens to what you have to say, what more could the patient ask for these days, so tired of doctors demeaning me and putting me down and this was one in the two years that I have been living here in Port Orange that I have went to and have not been discriminated against or treated in differently in anyway other than just myself. Dr Peterson took time to listen to my needs discussed a plan going forward with my appeal for nerve ablation and will also have a peer to peer meeting with my insurance to let also know it affects not only pain but breathing fatigue sleep & mental health. I’m limited to not even being able to do simple functions such as loading a dishwasher before pain sob make me basically useless until pain is lessened. I’ve tried many modalities and meds. They’re not working. Injections I’ve had do help with pain at least 90% relief. I feel confident & hopeful that between him and Erica in referrals/billing I can have this appeal overturned. I was able to see the doctor shortly after I arrived and was checked in. He listened carefully but there is still no resolution to my hip pain. Although they did give me a shot for pain which they said will take a while to work.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bhalani’s for several years and he continues to provide me with excellent pain management care.

It's not often you meet a doctor that sits down with you and talks to you with total respect and regard for your thoughts and concerns. Dr. Mascaro even suggested i call him "Gab" . And the staff is quite awesome as wel! .Would definitely recommend this pain management office to anyone needing help.

I left the office in amazement after seeing Dr. Peterson. He never made me feel he was rushed and explained everything explicitly. I was so pleased, knowing I made the right choice with Dr. Peterson. In complete honestly, I almost left the practice mid-way through ALL THE PAPERWORK. Totally a waste of my time. If I’m in the office for a back pain, why do I need to answer questions how many times I’ve been in the hospital and what surgeries have I had. So many unrelated questions Totally ridiculous. While talking to another patient, I know I’m not alone in my concerning opinion. Oh, so close to leaving. I’m sorry… I always share the bad with the good if there is any. Dr. Peterson gets a 10 star plus.

Dr mascaro was was excellent at listening to my symptoms and my hoped for outcome. He explained my options for treatment and he and I agreed that I would do 2 weeks of physical therapy and then return for an injection if I needed one. Dr. Cordova-Ogg has done several TPIs on me. She has always found the trigger points and relieved my pain. She takes her time with you and answers all questions you may have. Other doctors I have been to have never been able to help relieve my pain.

I feel like I was fully educated on what was wrong and what treatment would be used. I appreciate being a part of my medical treatment. I thought having no sedation would be painful. On the contrary, it was fine and I appreciate having been aware of everything that was going on and that the doctor communicated with me during the procedure.
